Q: Are you a licenced company?
A: Yes - we are licenced by the Council.
Q: Is your service available day and night?
A: Yes, we operate a 24 hour, 7 days a week service. You can book online if you book at least 12 hours in advance. Alternatively, please call for urgent bookings.
Q: Are your prices fixed?
A: Yes, the prices you see online are fixed prices. If there are any additional pickups, dropoffs or diversions added after your online booking, these will incur an additional charge.
Q: Can I smoke in the car?
A: No, we operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Q: Do you charge extra for Christmas day and other public holidays?
A: We do charge higher rates for Christmas. Our rates are higher for the 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01. This will be reflected in the cost of your online booking.
Q: How do I find my driver at the airport?
A: Your driver will in contact with you. The pickup is usually agreed at an outisde location, usually the drop off area. Optionally if you would like a driver to wait inside the arrivals hall with your name card, this meet and greet service will cost £20.
Will I be sharing with anyone else?
A: No, we do not operate a shared taxi service.
Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
A: No, this is at the passengers discretion.
Q: What airports do you cover?
A: We cover all major London Airports which include Gatwick, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport.
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: Yes, please pay the driver in Pounds Sterling (£) at the end of the journey.
Q: Can I pay by credit or debit card?
A: Yes. You can use your credit or debit card to pay regardless or whether or not you have a paypal account.
